PUJOLAS Model LAPEG 900

This machine allows stuffing any sort of product which does not need to be positioned before the stuffing process. The mould capacity in length is 900 mm, with the possibility to adapt it to the customer’s needs.
The machine consists of 3 parts:
1. LOADER:
This loader allows us stuffing automatically, feeding the stuffing machine always, with no need to put the piece of meat inside.
2. STUFFING MACHINE:
The stuffing machine is the one that gives shape to the product. It does that by means of an upper mould, a lower mould and a pusher, which puts the product into the net or casing. This machine allows working with calibers going from Ø 70 to Ø 220. For bigger or smaller diameters, one should contact the manufacturer (Pujolàs).
3. TENSING-CLIPPING MACHINE:
This machine is the one that puts the clips at each side of the product, and also a piece of cord in case this is required. The machine has got an automatic system of Tension and Clipping. It is also possible to adjust the tension on the product automatically.

FMT Model MS250

FMT MS250, entirely manufactured in stainless steel, is designed to permit the closing of glass bottles and pots having different types of caps. Both dry closing and Vacuum closing technologies (steam technology) are possible. Different caps feeding systems can be supplied with the machines.

The capping machine model MS250 has been designed to satisfy the medium speed production up to 300 cpm. • The core of the InnospeXion Long Wave X-ray technology is a specifically developed high flux, low-energy X-ray source, with high stability and uniformity. At low energy, the attenuation between two substances is distinctly higher than at higher energy (e.g. above 25-30 keV).

• A tailored, high sensitivity detector offers a high resolution of 0.1 mm. A special high strength, low density, and low thickness conveyor belt secures little degradation of the signal, and a special design secures optimal use of the radiation beam. This constellation secures very high-quality images of small details, e.g. fish bones.

• Based on LW X-ray, the long wave X-ray technology built system operates at a speed up to 150 items per minute. When an item enters the system, a sensor is activated and a time stamp is related to the item. When the item has passed the radiation beam, the imaging and data processing is accomplished, in near real-time.
• Based on the image analysis result, the item may be sorted in up to 16 different classes. This classification and its timing parameters are PLC controlled, and accessible through I/O terminals. The specific sorting is accomplished by means of e.g. a pneumatic cylinder. For some defined error types, a signal is sent as well to a central PLC, enabling a corrective action to be enforced so further similar errors or deviations can be avoided.
• Cleaning can be accomplished after opening the system hatches, extraction of belt and withdrawal of the steel flap or rubber flap curtains. All hatches, tunnels and curtain arrangements are part of the safety system and are interlocked.
• Human-machine interfacing is generally through a simple touchscreen, however, external control is also possible.
